Return and Refund Policy
Here at The Flannel Co we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or the item doesn't fit we offer a full refund within 30 days. To organise a return simply email us at theflannelco.returns@outlook.com with your order number and the product you would like to return and we will provide you with instruction. Product must be in an unused condition with with packaging and label intact. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged, in which case contact us immediately via the above email.
Exchanges Policy
We understand sometimes the item doesn't fit or you change your mind. Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges. If you would like to swap your order for a different colour or size we recommend returning your order and placing a new order.

Purchase any item in June or July 2023 to automatically enter the draw. Every item purchased equates to one entry into draw. The more items purchased the more entries into the competition.

Any returned products will eliminate the entry.

Ships Australia wide. Items purchased are generally shipped within 4 business days of order, items are sent through Australia Post. Free standard post on orders over $100. Standard postage charge of $9.95 for all other orders.
